Who said being healthy had to be no fun? If you’re trying to enrich your diet with antioxidants then be sure to add dark chocolate to the mix. That’s right, chocolate is good for you. Forget all the people who say that chocolate will only make you break out and add more inches to your waist.
You can achieve better health with dark chocolate antioxidant in your diet. Who wouldn’t want to do that? It seems like it’s always easier to eat a piece of dark chocolate then to eat more fruit and vegetables.

The best way to enjoy the overall benefits of antioxidants is to eat moderate amounts of dark chocolate and other antioxidant rich foods. You will find that not only are you happier but you are healthier. Look forward to that little indulgence of dark chocolate by breaking up that portion of chocolate into several pieces and enjoying it after a meal or as a quick snack during your day.
Remember that you need to cut back a little on other foods if you want to enjoy dark chocolate without worrying about putting on weight. You could also start exercising a little more, for example doing a few extra sit ups than you already do.
