  • Pull your abdominal muscles into your spine and hold for a few seconds. Try and concentrate. You can do this throughout any other activity whether is be driving, watching TV, sitting with the baby, etc. Do 20 repetitions twice a day.
  • Incorporate a consistent, abdominal, resistance-training program once you and your doctor feel your body is ready.
